friday dinner

Tonight on the menu, we have garden fresh green beans, mac and cheese, and pork steaks liberally coated in zatarains fish fry seasoning. Yeah i know, pork isn't fish but that stuff is the cat's meow on just about any meat out there.

I put blackened seasoning on most things even if they aren't fish.

Try Tony Chacheres seasoning in the green can on steamed cauliflower and broccoli - the stuff rocks! and zucchini/yellow squash. I love it.
