Edgar Allan Poe quote

Be silent in that solitude
Which is not loneliness -- for then
The spirits of the dead who stood
In life before thee are again
In death around thee

Morbidly dark and intriguing, I like it!

I love Poe's wordplay. My favorite is from The Tell-Tale Heart, when the police arrive to investigate the noise made during the murder: "A shriek had been heard by a neighbour during the night; suspicion of foul play had been aroused; information had been lodged at the police office, and they (the officers) had been deputed to search the premises."

Deputed--past perfect verb form of Deputy. Brilliant.

BTW I have another bit of art you may want to...em, borrow. Happy Venus Day.
